TO BE A HYROX TRAINING CLUB

As an official HYROX Training Club we don’t just train hard — we train specifically. 

 

Every Wednesday session is designed to prepare you for the unique demands of HYROX racing: strength, endurance, and the ability to perform under fatigue. From sled pushes and farmers carries to running intervals and functional workouts, our programming mirrors the structure and intensity of a real HYROX event. Members also gain access to early release of tickets before the general population.

Whether you’re aiming for your first race or chasing a PB, you’ll build the engine, strength, and confidence to perform on race day at Daylight Training Club.
